How to play

Beaver Trials is five crazy deals, once a day. There is no login and no right answer. Each question asks which side you will choose. You pick, the pond picks, and the trial is whether you stood with that vote or against it.

A round

Open the game and you get today's five questions. Each one has two sides. A side can be two tiles at once: the prize and the catch. A million dollars, but you have no legs. Broke, but you are a 10/10. Press Choose under the side you would actually take.

After you choose, each side shows its share of the vote. Yours is marked You. The line under them says either With the vote or Against the vote, plus the percent of beavers who chose what you chose.

You answer each question once from this browser. A repeat visit shows your result. It does not let you change the vote.

The verdict

When the five are done, you get one title. It is not a nickname for the day. It describes the trial.

The five squares under the title are the share card. Green means you were with the vote. Orange means you were against it. Yellow is a dead heat, where no choice led. Copy or share that card. The question-by-question list stays behind “The votes,” so the result itself stays short.

When the next five arrive

A new trial goes live at midnight Eastern Time, including when the clocks change. The countdown on the result is the time until that reset. Finish today's five before midnight if you want the streak. The streak counts on this browser, and it continues when you finish the next calendar day too.

Earlier trials

Today is free. Earlier days stay in the Trials list, and their questions and votes stay stored, so an old day does not get rewritten. Opening an earlier trial plays a short rewarded break first. Right now that break is a stand-in. When H5 Games Ads is connected, the same moment plays a real rewarded ad, and the trial opens if you finish it. If no ad is available, the trial still opens, so a quiet ad day does not lock the archive.

Write your own

On Create you build the same card: a short prompt and two sides. Each side is one or two tiles, an icon plus a caption. It goes to the lodge. Approve sends it into the next day’s five, and those take the slots ahead of the premade deals. Deny leaves it out. If a day has no approved deals, the five come from the premade list. A deal the lodge writes itself skips the waiting list and lines up the same way. Today’s five do not change once they are up.

What this browser keeps

Your answers, your streak, and which earlier trials you have already unlocked live in this browser. Clearing site data starts you over on this device. Other people still have their own votes. The percentages are the combined count, not a profile.

Read the privacy policy for what is stored, or go play today's five.
